Cynthia Maxwell, FNP-C joined Greystone OBGYN in 2023.  She received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND, in 2018. While completing courses and following graduation, she dedicated over 9 years to Emory Health as a licensed practical nurse, associate registered nurse, then bachelor registered nurse. She worked in a variety of settings to include rehab, home health, psychiatry, and neurology.

While working as an RN, she went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing from South University in Savannah, Georgia in 2021. Cynthia provides prevention care to women such as well-women exams, PAP test, and contraceptive care. She provides adolescent care, pregnancy testing, prenatal visits, and after-pregnancy care and menopausal care. 

In her spare time, Cynthia enjoys spending time with her two daughters. She is thrilled to be a part of this wonderful practice where she can put her passion for providing education, care, and compassion for women to work each day.
