Lora Humphreys, CNM

Lora Humphreys, CNM, is a Certified Nurse Midwife with a deep passion for empowering and advocating for women in her community. A native of Monticello, Georgia, Lora began her journey in healthcare after years as a dedicated stay-at-home mother. Inspired by her own experiences and a longstanding interest in women's health, she pursued her dream of becoming a midwife-a goal she achieved ahead of schedule. 

Lora earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Middle Georgia State University in 2016, graduating cum Laude. She then spent eight years working as a labor and delivery nurse, where her admiration for the strength and resilience of women in childbirth only grew stronger. Determined to further support women during one of the most significant moments of their lives, she enrolled at Frontier Nursing University and is completing her Master's in Midwifery (2023-2025). 

Lora is board certified by the American College of Nurse-Midwives and she also holds the RNC-OB credential from the National Certification Corporation. She is known for her compassionate care and commitment to making every woman feel seen, heard, and supported throughout her healthcare journey. 

Outside of her professional life, Lora enjoys antiquing, home decor, and annual beach trips with her husband, Kevin, and their three children-Katelyn, Tristian, and Mason. She considers it an honor to walk alongside women during one of the most powerful and transformative times in their lives.
